Dear partners and friends,
Our team saw over 3,000 souls saved in June. We would like to share with you some of the testimonies from our evangelists in that closed country to our South. We have changed their names here.
Testimonies of God’s Power
John said he thanks God because he was able to preach and pray in different places. The Holy Spirit brought healing to a deaf young man and he now rejoices with his miracle. During a campaign, he also prayed for another young man that had suffered from cancer for one year but could testify there that he was healed and is now cancer free. God is our healer!
Esteban testified he could minister deliverance to a lady who was being tormented by an evil spirit for a long time. God manifests His power through His instruments!
Dave also belongs to our team down there. He was born on September 14th, 1998, and was raised in a nonbelieving family with a Catholic mother. At age 15, after hearing the gospel from a Methodist brother in Matanzas, he was saved. Through a dream, God revealed he should begin visiting the Methodist church, where he served for three years and led two prayer cells. Later, he felt called to the Assemblies of God, where he was baptized and eventually named youth and evangelism leader.
Dave and his team visited Mario Muñoz Monroe General Hospital every Sunday afternoon to preach and pray for the sick, where many lives accepted Christ. He also led a prayer cell that reached 19 new converts. Later, he was sent to a mission 10 km from his town, serving two years and seeing 32 people saved. Through campaigns, God was glorified with miracles, healings, and deliverance. In 2020, Dave married Marian García, a pediatrician. Together, they have led prayer cells, served in outreach ministries, and mentored couples through Free to Love God’s Way. Currently, he serves as an evangelist in another Assembly of God church, helping the pastor, working with youth, and ministering to the sick. Dave declares, “Ebenezer, thus far the Lord has helped us,” and continues to say, “Here I am, send me.”
Upcoming Missions
Our team is leaving to the Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota on August 4th. We will be carrying out children’s outreaches, ministering in a nursing home, and doing light construction projects. We will also distribute backpacks and glasses. Please pray for safe travels and open hearts to receive the gospel!
Our Fall Mission Trip will be in the Appalachians (Gary County, West Virginia) from October 14th–20th. The cost is $1,200, which covers everything except personal expenses on the free day. For those unable to attend weekdays, a weekend option is available (October 18th–20th) at $375. Let us know if you are interested!
Please also continue praying and believing for our projects in Cambodia. Our tentative mission trip is scheduled for the first ten days of March 2025, with a cost of approximately $3,500 depending on flights. More details will be shared soon.
