Over 25 years of refining this approach has produced hundreds of house churches and thousands of lives transformed by Jesus Christ — a simple, reproducible model that turns new believers into thriving communities of faith, and those communities into the next wave of the mission.

STAGE 01
Evangelize
Gifted evangelists are sent out to share the gospel boldly to new people.
STAGE 02
Respond & connect
New believers are gathered and linked to a trained local discipler.
STAGE 03
Home gatherings
A weekly discipleship group begins meeting in a believer’s home
STAGE 04
Disciple
Over two to three months, believers are grounded deep in the faith.
STAGE 05

Once grounded, the group steps into one of two options.
