In the East and Central Districts, the team saw over 4,600 souls make decisions for Christ through street evangelism, door-to-door visits, hospitals, prisons, and crusades.
Expanding the Work
We are preparing to advance further west into the next district and then into the far East. Please pray for wisdom and favor as we consider this expansion.
Discipleship Development
Our primary focus for this year and the coming year is discipleship development. We are partnering with District Superintendents to ensure every church selects at least one leader (more for larger churches) to conduct follow-up for the newly saved, alongside the pastor’s efforts.
We funded training in several Presbyteries of the Assemblies of God to equip these leaders. Most have completed training, and we are still working with others to resolve this. Each leader receives monthly follow-up and support from one of our team members. We currently need two new positions to oversee this work at $100 per month each. If God lays it on your heart to support this, it would greatly strengthen discipleship and follow-up efforts.
Upcoming Mission Trips
- Chile (Feb 23 – Mar 2, 2023): Medical mission (for those with medical skills), construction help, and evening evangelism. Cost: $2,700.
- Iceland (Early June 2023): 9-day outreach trip planned during the first 10 days of June.
- Amazon (Late June 2023): Outreach to indigenous communities along a tributary of the Amazon River, including ministry with a remote tribe.
- Sioux Indian Reservation (Late July / Early Aug 2023): Evangelism, outreach, and community service continuing our long-term partnership with the Sioux Nation.
Website Upgrade
The ministry needs to enhance our website for more effective outreach. Estimated cost: $1,800–$2,000. If God lays this project on your heart, we would deeply appreciate your support.
